Course description

Learn to give reasoned professional advice, undertake practice duties and hone your awareness of contemporary case law. This 8-week Continuing Professional Development (CPD) course will develop your understanding of construction contract rights and responsibilities, crucial to everyday site working practice.

With links to construction companies worldwide, the School of Architecture, Design and the Built Environment is key to supporting your progress to senior management.

You may have experience of construction contract issues, but can you apply the appropriate arguments and resolutions? A course in construction contracts will prepare you for any challenge.
