Course description

This ACCA PM F5 Performance Management module is designed to develop your knowledge in applying management accounting techniques to information for planning, performance evaluation, and control. During this course, you'll learn more about the information needed to monitor performance in a competitive environment, as well as developing your understandingh of cost accounting and decision-making techniques. To achieve the full ACCA membership qualification you will need to complete this course, as well as 12 other modules. Alternatively, you can complete this module, plus the following five modules to achieve the ACCA Fundamentals - Applied Skills qualification:
