This course is suitable for those wishing to hone their critical thinking skills in order to gain greater clarity and efficiency in the completion of workplace tasks. The characteristics of truly effective critical thinkers are explored. You will be provided with simple tools to enhance your thought process, and to free yourself from assumptions that may be holding you back.

- Bloom’s Taxonomy – An overview of Bloom’s Taxonomy and why it is a useful tool for critical thinking
- The Power of Memory – Exploring the nature of memory, as well as simple tools to enhance our memory when reading or listening
- The Role of Comprehension – An experiential session to test the role of comprehension
- Experimentation and Application – An opportunity to apply and experiment with something we have learned, and an overview as to why this is important
- The Significance of Analysis – An exploration into Root Cause Analysis, and how it can assist us in the workplace
- Tools for Evaluation – The role of SWOT and PEST Analysis methods, as effective role tools for evaluating existing business challenges against the current climate
- Unlocking the Power of Creation – An experiential session, utilising and bringing everything we have learned
