Emotional Intelligence
“No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care” (Theodore Roosevelt). Emotional intelligence is one of the most important skills that people can possess as it helps to develop our self-awareness, motivation and empathy to develop rapport and improve relationships with others. This short course is aimed at those wanting to increase their awareness of emotional intelligence and improve their own emotional intelligence. On completion, you can submit your learning activities to the course provider and if completed to a satisfactory level, you will receive a Certificate of Achievement.
