Course description
Problem Solving using Creative Thinking Techniques
“If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got” (Henry Ford). Too often we fail to find the best solutions as we do not fully understand the problem solving process and the value of creative thinking techniques. This course is aimed at all staff wanting to understand more about the problem solving process and how to use creative thinking techniques. On completion, you can submit your learning activities to the course provider and if completed to a satisfactory level, you will receive a Certificate of Achievement.
