- 15:30 - 16:15 A chance to review the lifecycle of a team, how teams evolve and the responsibilities of the manager.
- 16:15 - 16:45 Understanding how to motivate others and inspire them to take ownership of their roles.&
- 16:45 - 17:00 Personal Action Plans, Review and Close
