NEW 3D Design: Recycled Art (All Levels)
You will be taught the basic skills of making and constructing recycled and repositioned materials as well as techniques that link weave connect and develop found. waste or recycled pieces. The course will look at sustainability issues and those artists and designers that are making and constructing from natural materials or that have been championing environmental issues around waste culture and eco world concerns. Ultimately, we will be looking to create beautiful outcomes from poor materials

Suitability - Who should attend?
Suitable for complete beginners who have never made constructions or sculptures before to those that are proficient drawn or students who have not drawn for a while or need to gain confidence.
Outcome / Qualification etc.
What will I achieve? You will learn the basic principles of how to construct a rage of models' maquettes and sculpture pieces. You will learn to present these ways of working in sophisticated finished pieces that connect with their starting life and provide a comment and critique on broken nature This course is to help you to develop your making skills further and build your confidence when interpreting and recording work in the round.
Course delivery details
Materials Required:What to bring to the first session: Bring a range of saved and recycled elements from paper card to plastics and any materials you feel you would like to use. We will make maquettes and sample pieces in all of the suggested materials. If you have specific brands of packaging that you use this could be personalised. Try not to use any materials that are specialist or new art materials.
