Senior People Professional Level 7 Apprenticeship
Our Senior People Professional apprenticeship is perfect if you want to become an in-house expert in people, work and change, driving organisational performance and effectiveness, and championing the people agenda to create cultures that get the best out of people.
This Level 7 apprenticeship is aimed at HR professionals with managerial experience looking to take their careers to the next level.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Being an ambassador for your organisation
- Building a wide-ranging networks, interacting with senior stakeholders
- Leading the design, implementation and evaluation of people policies and practices
- Leading people projects
- Playing a key role in larger organisation-wide programmes
- Keeping up to date with current and future trends, regulation and legislation
- Seeking out, evaluating and utilising technology to deliver the people strategy

Suitability - Who should attend?
You must have a Level 5 qualification in HR or a related subject, along with work experience at managerial level.
Apprentices without English or Maths at Level 2 must achieve this before taking the End Point Assessment.
Training Course Content
You can choose between three pathways: Human Resources, Organisational Development, and Learning and Development.

The Senior People Professional Level 7 apprenticeship is an advanced apprenticeship, lasting approximately 33-36 months, with four months spent on End Point Assessment preparation.
