Loved the TED talk... more visuals are always helpful...
I can't think of any way to improve the course. It exceeded my expectations and was an extremely valuable day out of the office.
Not so much a comment on how to do better as Sarah was great today; but it may be worth advising what other courses you’re able to provide training for.
