I really enjoyed the course but think there should be less 'breakout room' sessions and more group discussion.

Virtual training was presented just as well as a face-to-face group training. Break-out rooms were cleverly used and worked the same as splitting into separate group discussions...

I enjoyed this course and felt as though it was important for my development within the workplace. Being an apprentice; this really helped to develop my confidence.
