Course description
Middle Eastern Cookery:
Learn how to make delicious Middle Eastern dishes from tabbouleh and fattoush to falafel and hummus, fusing wonderful flavours from Africa, Asia and the Mediterranean. Students are required to purchase their own ingredients. A list will be sent to you. Please bring an apron, a tea towel and a dish to take your cooked treats home in.
