The course starts with 2 intensive and consecutive days-long sessions, covering the basic of a coaching leadership style and attitude. After around a month, during which you’ll be able to put your new skills into practice, and training, you will have 2 more days of tools and in-depth training.
There will also be a half-hour coaching meeting with a Tuff trainer one month after the course is completed.
The training will be held by one of our accredited consultants and trainers, all of whom are selected for their ability to coach in accordance with the Tuff methodology and to act as catalysts within groups.
