Course description
Develop your knowledge and skills in interior design with our intermediate, Level 2 Award in Creative Craft (Interiors) at Writtle College.
Level 2 Awards in Creative Craft are all about developing your skills, and getting an insight into the craft process.
With this course, we’ll explore interior design and aspects of the profession such as materials and techniques, technical drawing, presentation boards, spatial planning, and site surveys.
You’ll develop, create and present a number of design concepts as part of the course.

Suitability - Who should attend?
You don’t need any specific qualifications to apply for this course, though some experience of art, design or crafts will be useful.
Good literacy and numeracy skills are a requirement. This includes the ability to read and interpret written tasks, write answers and complete documents in a legible and understandable form, and make calculations.

Assessment
You’ll complete three units of work, and a portfolio of evidence will be internally assessed and externally moderated.
