At our recent virtual learning fair, Upskill & Reskill, we were delighted to connect learners with training providers, and we took the opportunity to better understand the motivations behind learners' learning goals. With that insight, we compiled the most recent and relevant data from findcourses.co.uk's user statistics to bring you this report.

We discovered that learners are very much focused on professional development, recognising the importance of staying up-to-date with technological changes. Digital skills, data analytics, and AI courses are particularly popular as learners seek to future-proof their careers.

The pandemic has also had an impact on learning behaviors. Mental health training and leisure courses that contribute to wellbeing have become a priority for learners, and this trend looks set to continue.

We believe that by striving to understand the motivations behind our learners' training investments, we can better support them on their learning journeys. We hope that this report will provide you with valuable insights into why people are learning and inspire you on your own learning journey.

Happy learning!
