In 2000, Nanci founded APLS Group. Before that Nanci was a corporate training manager for Fortune 500 company R.H. Donnelley and Director of Programs at NTL Institute for Applies Behavioral Science. In these roles, Nanci provided a full range of training and organizational development services including identifying leaders, coaching managers and executives, and developing teams to build a high-performance culture. Since 2000, Nanci has dedicated her professional career to growing APLS Group into a reputable leadership/talent development and a coaching/consulting organization. Her approach of partnering with clients to create and deliver the most appropriate, effective and efficient solutions has resulted in many long-term relationships with satisfied clients around the globe. Nanci has her MA in Counseling from the University of Colorado, a BA in Psychology and Education from the University of Denver, and she is also National Certified Counselor. She is certified as a facilitator of a variety of assessment tools and programs, including Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® , Everything DiSC®, Achieve Global®, DDI®, Situational Leadership® and Targeted Selection®. Nanci is also a Certified Professional Speaker™, a member of the National Speakers Association, and the Association for Talent Development. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Carolinas chapter of the National Speakers Association. (Show less)
