CMI Level 7
Our strategic management & leadership qualification provides a relevant training programme to develop your strategic leadership skills at the highest level of business management.
The course will be equally relevant to anyone aspiring to such a role and will help you gain the required knowledge.
During the programme of learning you will undertake these modules:
- Personal development as a strategic manager
- Strategic performance management
- Financial management
- Strategic information management
- Conducting a strategic management project
- Developing a marketing strategy
- Organisational direction
- Strategic planning
- Human resource planning
Ideally, you will already possess the Extended Diploma in Management & Leadership Level 5, or an equivalent qualification, however, we are happy to take into consideration relevant work experience. We will be looking for relevant management and leadership experience at a senior level. You should be able to recommend and implement strategic decisions.
The Level 7 qualification will also enable you to progress in your career as a strategic manager and membership of the Chartered Management Institute will be offered to you upon completion of your studies.
