Course description
You will be introduced to core units within health and sport such as How the Body Works and explore through science the various parts of the body and there function. In addition to this you will take part in 4 sports and learn key technical skills and tactics at a foundation level. There will be lots of opportunities to apply your coaching and leadership skills within the community and you can complete work experience within the local community to help other people.
