This course aims to inspire directors and senior managers and provide them with an understanding of their responsibility for the safety, health and wellbeing of people in their organisation.
Health and Safety for Directors and Senior Managers is an interactive course that provides practical advice on effective leadership in health, safety and wellbeing.
The course is particularly important following the introduction of the new sentencing guidelines, which have seen multi-million-pound fines imposed on companies and an increase in the number of directors receiving immediate custodial sentences.

Training Course Content

Course delivery details
Online
The online course includes scenario-based interactive exercises, videos, audio narration and the development of a personal action plan.
Live-Online
Students join via the web using a PC, laptop or tablet. The course is run using Zoom, but students don’t need to download any software. Throughout the course, students can see and interact with the tutor and with each other.
This is a more intensive version of the one-day classroom course and is completed in 4 hours.
