Provides a substantial part of the training required to qualify as an Electrician and an understanding of the theory and governing regulations. It builds on the skills achieved at Level 2.

Application of Health & Safety and Electrical Principles; Electrical Installation (Buildings and Structures): Inspecting, Testing and Commissioning; Electrical Installation (Buildings and Structures): Fault, Diagnosis and Rectification; Key Skills.
