- be able to define what applied creativity means and its importance in business
- learn more creative ways of thinking, to solve problems at work more effectively
- explore their own approach to creativity
- be able to recognise any patterns of thinking that are ineffective for problem-solving – and change them
- learn new techniques to expand ideas generation skills
- feel more confident to be able to be creative and to work with greater autonomy and agency
