Course description
This course is one of our eight Core Behaviours Introductory Programmes, which aim to provide you with the defining behaviours of our profession.
Increasingly, we work across boundaries, geographies and cultures, so it’s important that everyone feels included, have their voice heard and are enabled to work together in an inclusive and respectful environment. This will ensure that teams are more innovative and productive as well as being the right thing to do.
Through cutting-edge learning content, this course will introduce you to the key aspects of working inclusively. It will help you to encourage inclusiveness and improve the working environment for people within your organisation. It’ll inform you of the benefits of different types of diversity and the importance of bringing people together to share perspectives.
Through exploring the different channels that encourage positive engagement, you’ll learn how to create a culture of sharing knowledge across functions and disciplines. In essence, this course will help you to build collaborative working relationships that encourage cross-disciplinary working and diversity in teams.
