Operations/Departmental Manager Level 5
This Operations/Departmental Manager Level 5 Apprenticeship will cover a broad range of topics, developing the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to manage teams and/or projects, and to achieve operational or departmental goals and objectives, all as part of the delivery of the organisation's strategy. This will involve creating and delivering operational plans, managing projects, leading and managing teams, managing change, financial and resource management, talent management, coaching and mentoring.
