Course description

Our Customer Service free online course will support you to provide customer service in a range of different environments within a customer service role. This course will equip you with the knowledge and understanding of providing effective customer service, resolving customer complaints, customer retention, and monitoring customer interactions. You will learn how to manage performance, conflicts within the workplace and gain an understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
