LBO Modeling
The LBO model will assess whether a proposed transaction structure can be supported by the free cash flows of the business going forward. The course will develop the best practice approaches to combining an appropriate capital structure to an operating model to determine whether the target business is a suitable investment opportunity for a private equity investor. The program is trainer-led and necessarily hands-on at all points with the participants building a flexible and robust LBO model from the starting point of merely some historic data.
Suitability - Who should attend?
Professionals in corporates and financial institutions who need to model the impact of debt on the financials, as well as Research, private equity and M&A analysts who need to be able to analyze the transaction finance structure of a deal for the purpose of understanding how to maximize returns. You must be comfortable with the content of the fundamentals of financial modeling course to attend and fully benefit from this day.
