Course description
PCN Development Programme
In association with Health Integration Partners, this programme allows clinical directors and Primary Care Network managers to develop their understanding of Primary Care Networks. Primary Care Networks (PCNs) are groups of local practices working together with local providers such as primary, secondary, community, voluntary and social care, to offer more coordinated, focused health and social care to their local areas. This PCN training programme enables Participants to develop in their roles and it also allows them to elevate the development of their Primary Care Network. By utilising real life case studies and action learning, this course takes Participants on a learning journey to develop their own PCN development action plans.
This course will focus on senior leadership, change management and understanding current issues within the NHS and look at the future of primary care and PCNs.
This engaging programme is delivered by industry experts and highly experienced NHS leaders who hold extensive experience working with multiple PCNs across the country and is supported by current NHS insights, contextualised case studies and first-hand experience of the challenges of being a leader within Primary Care. The course brings theory and best practice together and Participants can expect to come away with a comprehensive action plan for their own PCNs.
