Module 2: Systematic Approach
- Understanding Annex SL & the High Level Structure (HLS)
- Understanding ‘GAP Mapping’ between the standards and how the common clause structure works
- Understanding the scope of an IMS and its importance
- Requirements of ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001:2015; ISO 45001:2015 and clauses 4 to 10
- Clauses 4 to 10 exercises & workshops building the understanding of each requirement in IMS
- Aspects & Impacts; Risks & Opportunities; Management of Change; Legal & Other Requirements; Hazard & Risk including the IMS standards individual requirements.
