Course description
MSP is the world’s most widely-adopted programme management method, used by people and organizations from wide-ranging industries and sectors.
The Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®) guidance explains the programme management principles, governance themes and transformational flow that should be applied to the management of programmes or transformational change in any environment.
The Foundation stage will begin by teaching you the basics of programme management, before moving on to Practitioner which will guide you in implementing the theory you have been taught.
Available learning options are Elearning and Virtual Classroom.

Prerequisites:
Familiarity with projects, programmes and Project/Programme management is useful but not essential.

This three-day course will provide you with a thorough understanding of the best practice programme management methodology Managing Successful Programmes (MSP). In addition, whilst attending your course, there will also be some examination preparation evening work.
