Course description
MSP is the world’s most widely-adopted programme management method, used by people and organizations from wide-ranging industries and sectors.
The Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®) guidance explains the programme management principles, governance themes and transformational flow that should be applied to the management of programmes or transformational change in any environment.
The Foundation stage will begin by teaching you the basics of programme management, before moving on to Practitioner which will guide you in implementing the theory you have been taught.
Available learning options are Elearning and Virtual Classroom.

The MSP® Foundation & Practitioner training is suitable for: Project and Programme Managers who want to sharpen their skills; Project team members who need to understand and apply the processes involved in their corporate programmes; Anyone who is looking to cross-train for a career in programme and project management; Project and Programme Managers who are looking to study towards the full MSP® qualification to validate their experience and knowledge
Prerequisites:
Familiarity with projects, programmes and Project/Programme management is useful but not essential.
Course delivery details
To complete the Foundation level, we recommend about 25 hours for learning and reflection.
