Course description
This course focused on improving your ability to organise and coordinate effective responses to a humanitarian crisis. Whether the problem is a natural disaster or artificial, the effect on communities can be severe, and often, it often only the skills of people working in the Humanitarian sector which stand between survival and destruction. Both natural and artificial disasters require complex solutions to an often complicated set of circumstances. This course allows Humanitarian Organisation staff to consider their knowledge and skill level. It enables them to be better prepared to cope with these demanding, complex and challenging situations, making life easier for them and the communities struck by a crisis.
