Leadership Challenges in Turbulent Times

Challenges that come with a leadership role can be difficult to face in the most stable of periods. When trying to operate during tough and ever-changing times, whether it be economic crises, social unrest or a new global pandemic the difficulty can be incredibly more complex. This course will improve participants abilities to face and overcome challenges using a flexible but holistic approach, maintaining a view of both the imminent business and wider global threats to stability. It will also allow participants to observe and acknowledge when changes are occurring in time to adapt their leadership styles accordingly to achieve lasting business success.
