Enquire today, to see if this is the right course for you, and to start using memory techniques in a practical, pro-active way
Most of us have had the experience of not being able to remember where we have left our keys, or not recall the name of someone we have met. This doesn’t mean that we have a poor memory!
Memory champions only have average working memories! But they learn and apply advanced techniques to recall large amount of information.
These techniques are very learnable, and this webinar programme is designed to help you become a memory specialist.
Key features
- 2 x ½ day webinars
- Small groups – maximum of 16 people
- Highly practical and participative approach
- Thriving alumni community, to continue your learning
Our approach
All training needs to be participative, active, and focussed on outcomes for the learner. This means that our webinars are always:
- Rich
- Full of activities
- With opportunities to reflect personally
- And without long, long lectures!
Memory techniques fit into the category of practical items that can be learnt actively. This means that there will be lots of activities, lots of time to work out your own memory systems, practice and apply them.
Your course tutor
Charlie has been using memory techniques for over 30 years, for his personal and professional activities. He has taught memory techniques to hundreds of people, including:
- Public speakers, to use for their presentations
- Primary and secondary school children, to use for exams and tests
- Language learners, to start learning a new language or to continue learning one
Charlie practices what he teaches and uses memory techniques on a daily basis. As a learner, he learns a new language every couple of years. As a consumer he always learns his credit card numbers off by heart (perhaps not such a good move!). And as a hobbyist he learns any number of lists of facts, such as country flags, Presidents of obscure countries…!
Charlie says “It’s frustrating that memory skills haven’t been taught in schools, in any depth, for a long term. Plenty of us would have got to grips with them earlier, and then perhaps had more confidence to learn languages and give speeches. It’s great that these skills are learnable, and I have seen so many people overcome negative beliefs and become great memory users.”
