Managing Change in the NHS (In-house)
The aim of this programme is to help participants understand how people within the organisation, both react, and stimulate the processes of change and develop successful strategies for navigating the change process. They will leave with skills to be able to analyse the positive and negative effects of change on the team and the operation.
Most importantly, each delegate will be given the opportunity to develop their confidence and attitude towards the change process and learn to embrace the challenges and positivity presented rather than to fear them.
