Time Management Training

The fast-paced world of UK Grocery retailing places high demands on suppliers' time. This CPD accredited course goes beyond time management and focuses on helping participants deliver their KRAs. The programme was built and refined over a decade and is designed to meet the challenging demands of suppliers to the big four UK supermarkets.

The course consists of 1+1 classroom days, 6 months apart with support in between these days. Making Business Matter uses Sticky Learning, a unique training method delivered by a world-class tutor that has a wealth of experience in the UK Grocery Industry.

Learning objectives

Participants will be able to:

  • Identify why they are on the payroll.
  • Prepare and manage a list of daily tasks that is prioritised according to their KRA’s.
  • Prepare and manage a project list that is prioritised according to their KRA’s.
  • Identify what works and does not work in their current time management system and how to improve it.
  • Assess their emails more quickly and deal with them effectively.
  • Email more effectively to get what they want more quickly and reduce ‘email conversations’.
