This programme is designed for those in, or aspiring to, a leadership position. It takes a very practical &'bite-sized', modular, approach which gives you plenty of tools and strategies to apply within your organisation as well as the opportunity to learn from others' experiences, reflect on your own, and benefit from the inspirational advice and guidance of an expert trainer and leadership specialist, David Durkin.
