As the population gets older, conveyancers are increasingly faced with advising clients purchasing a retirement property. However, this can be a risky area of practice for conveyancers particularly if the client is elderly and the conveyancer does not give such advice very often.
This webinar with leading trainer Lorraine Richardson will cover some of the key points to consider and will act as a useful introduction for practitioners new to this area and may act as a useful refresher for more experienced conveyancers.
