Course description
Presented by the ever-popular Trevor Hellawell, this webinar will address the SRA principle of ‘acting with integrity’ in the light of their recent guidance on their interpretation of the concept.
Separate from the notion of acting with honesty, it has become clear that one can be scrupulously honest - or at least, not dishonest - but still be in breach of the principle of integrity.
The SRA seem increasingly exasperated that we are not performing to the level they would like to see - whatever that is. Consideration of the recent guidance should give us a clue as to what they regard as acceptable slippage, and unacceptable.
