Course description

This virtual classroom seminar is suitable for lawyers who advise adults living in vulnerable circumstances who may be at risk or experiencing abuse or neglect, which may result in them seeking to enter legal transactions they would not otherwise make or failing to take steps to protect themselves.

Presented by hugely popular speaker Caroline Bielanska, the workshop will focus on a series of real-life case studies, which will form the basis of the session and allow delegates to identify practical solutions and get a better understanding of responsibilities of the safeguarding organisations.

Join Caroline as she explores important topics such as predatory romance relationships, the client who refuses care support, the spouse who does not want their spouse with dementia to return home, the care home failing to provide appropriate care, and more.
