Presented by the highly experienced and popular speaker Jackie Sheldon, this short introductory level virtual classroom seminar will cover the key legal points necessary to be able to understand and use a private company's Articles, with a focus on the current issue surrounding sole directors who have unamended Model Articles introduced by a High Court decision in 2022.
