Course description

This live and interactive online session will examine the structure and key clauses within a standard Confidentiality or Non-Disclosure Agreement (‘NDA’). It will cover the issues to consider when negotiating the terms of such agreements and will highlight lessons learned from recent case law.


The session is aimed at UK commercial lawyers in private practice and in-house counsel. It is presented by Neil Morrison, an experienced and highly regarded Legal Counsel within Vestas’ in-house legal team for Northern Europe who also tutors contract law at the University of Edinburgh.
