Following the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions and a winding down of support for businesses, company insolvencies are increasing. Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation (‘CVL’) remains the most popular form of company insolvency process. In January 2022, 1,358 of the 1,560 company insolvencies were CVLs.
This virtual classroom seminar will cover pre appointment, the appointment itself, and things to consider once the liquidator is appointed. It is suitable for both lawyers and insolvency practitioners and some prior knowledge will be assumed.
