This virtual classroom seminar with experienced barrister and wills & probate specialist James Normington will focus on the changes you need to understand to keep pace with the ‘digital’ aspects of private client work.


Find out what digital, quasi-digital assets and digital pathways are, how to identify cryptocurrencies, and what needs to be included in an estate and what is excludable. The value of digital assets will also be explored, along with strategies and approaches to non-financial digital assets, and issues of taxation in relation to both CGT and IHT in light of HMRC updated guidance on crypto assets.
