It is aimed at private client practitioners, particularly those with less experience of making applications to the High Court and Court of Protection or acting as a professional deputy. Presented by Holly Chantler, a partner at Morrisons Solicitors LLP, the topics discussed will include how to make a guardianship application, the ongoing duties and responsibilities of a guardian, and much more.
