In claims for noise induced hearing loss the three main areas of dispute are limitation, breach of duty and medical causation. What makes noise induced hearing claims complex is that each of these three areas are potential minefields with many pitfalls for both the Claimant and Defendant.

In this online seminar, barrister Haroon Rashid will concentrate on some of the more complex arguments faced by Claimants. The session will cover the interpretation and analysis of audiograms, the Coles guidelines and understanding notches, bulges and disability.
