This short webinar will cover the Permitted Developments Rights (PDs) which were brought in to allow the extension of buildings upwards.
In just 30 minutes, popular and experienced speaker David Forbes will explore extent of the existing PDs to extend residential properties and commercial properties; the right to demolish and rebuild properties; proposals to demolish and rebuild properties; what needs to be taken into account when exercising these rights; possible exclusion of PD rights by Article 4 or condition; and the effect of requirement for adequate natural light and space.
