A new era of reporting from family courts in England and Wales began as a pilot scheme on 30 January 2023. Under the scheme, journalists and others are now able report much more freely about what goes on inside family courtrooms at certain courts. The easing of restrictions comes with strict requirements.


Presented by Stuart Barlow, this webinar will review the current pilot scheme, the changes it has brought about and recommendations for future legal practice.


Stuart will also discuss the general position on reporting of cases in the family court, transparency orders, qualifying cases, expansion of the pilot and more in this one-hour webinar.
