More and more parents with significant cognitive difficulties and/or diagnosed learning disabilities are finding themselves in care proceedings and at risk of their child(ren) being permanently separated from their care because they are deemed unable to learn enough to enable them to parent safely.
This 1 hour webinar with Reagan Persaud will equip the lawyers working with such parents with the knowledge of how to represent them and advocate for what should be provided to them by way of support from the local authority.
