This virtual classroom seminar will consider the Right to Buy legislation under Part V of the Housing Act 1985 together with a review of possible issues that may arise when applying the legislation and recent case law.
The session is presented by Rachel Garton, consultant at Nexa Law who specialises in all areas of property litigation and landlord and tenant matters.
Join Rachel as she discusses a range of topics including who has the right to buy, the claim procedure, and how the purchase price is calculated.
