This virtual classroom seminar will look at this process in detail, who is eligible and suitable to succeed and will answer all of your questions about how to plan for this successfully with agricultural landlords and tenants.
Presented by leading trainer Nerys Llewelyn Jones, the topics discussed will include the provisions in the 1986 Act that govern succession and the amendments to this brought in by the Agriculture Act 2020. The session will include guidance on dealing with applications in the First Tier Tribunal (England) and the Agricultural Land Tribunal (Wales), along with completing forms and providing evidence, negotiation and without prejudice conversations, relevant case law, and more.
