Course description

Since the Agriculture Act 2020, we have embarked on a journey within the UK in relation to a transitional agricultural policy, with ultimate destinations in relation to that policy constantly evolving and being developed.

Presented by Nerys Llewelyn Jones, this virtual classroom seminar will consider that journey but will more importantly look at where we have got to in that transition and how this impacts on how we deal with various transactional matters in practice.

The session will also explore where we are heading and the impact that these changes will have in the longer term for the farming businesses that we represent.
