This new virtual classroom seminar will examine the significant implications for UK Employment law of the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023.
Presented by expert speaker David Reade KC, this session will cover how the UK law has been changed, what the consequences are for areas of employment law such as Equal Pay, which have been shaped by the direct effect of UK Law and what the consequences are for UK laws which have been interpreted so as to give effect to EU provisions, for example the Working Time Regulations.
